Latvia’s spring and natural mineral water producer VENDEN has donated €15,000 to Ronald McDonald Māja Latvijā to upgrade the Children’s Care Mobile equipment for vision examinations.
The donation was presented at the closing event of the charity campaign. The campaign ran for two months (from February 1 to March 31), and during that time, one cent from every product sold in a PET bottle was donated to support children’s health.

Support for Children Throughout Latvia
The Ronald McDonald Māja Latvijā “Children’s Care Mobile” regularly travels to various regions of Latvia, providing free medical consultations to children. Each year, at least 5,000 consultations are provided to more than 4,000 children, with special attention given to those who do not have easy access to medical care near their homes.
The donated funds will be used to purchase modern, portable equipment that will enable faster, more accurate, and more comfortable eye exams for children, even in remote regions.
A Long-Term Initiative for Children’s Health
This is the third consecutive year that VENDEN has participated in a charitable initiative aimed at improving children’s healthcare in Latvia. In previous years, in collaboration with other organizations, the company has helped provide medical equipment, including for newborn care and hearing diagnostics.
The company emphasizes that children’s health is one of its priorities and calls on other companies to get involved in similar initiatives, thereby promoting positive change in society.
